Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Any2URL collects, how we use it, and what choices you have when uploading files, creating public links, and using account features.
Last updated: May 23, 2026
Information we collect
When you upload a file, Any2URL stores the uploaded content, generated item ID, object keys, file name, file size, storage size, timestamps, content type, image dimensions where available, generated variants or previews, and related metadata needed to provide public links and file management.
When you sign in, we receive and store account information needed for authentication, such as your user ID, name, email address, profile image, session data, provider account identifiers, and related login metadata.
We may process technical information such as IP address, country information supplied by infrastructure providers, browser session identifiers, user agent, request headers, upload counts, storage usage, view counts, error logs, and diagnostic events.
How we use information
We use information to operate Any2URL, store and deliver uploaded files, generate public and direct links, create optimized versions or previews, maintain accounts, display dashboards, enforce upload and storage limits, and support deletion, replacement, claiming, and sharing workflows.
We also use information to secure the service, detect abuse, investigate reports, prevent spam or automated misuse, troubleshoot errors, measure reliability, improve product behavior, and comply with legal obligations.
Public content and link sharing
Files uploaded to Any2URL are generally intended to be accessible through generated public URLs. Anyone with a share page URL or direct file URL may be able to view, download, embed, copy, or redistribute the linked content.
Do not upload sensitive, confidential, private, or regulated information unless you understand that it may become publicly accessible through the links you create or share.
Cookies and session storage
Any2URL uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain anonymous upload sessions, remember temporary identifiers, and support security and account workflows.
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features, including account login, anonymous upload ownership, claiming temporary uploads, or file management, may not work correctly.
Anonymous uploads and retention
Anonymous uploads may use a browser session identifier and IP-based limits so Any2URL can show upload status, allow deletion from the same browser session, prevent abuse, and support claiming after sign-in.
Temporary uploads may expire automatically if they are not claimed. Deleted, expired, or policy-removed content is removed from active storage where practical, although logs, caches, backups, and derived operational records may persist for a limited period.
Sharing with service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, storage, content delivery, email, security, analytics, and operational providers to run Any2URL. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent abuse, or investigate security issues.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information and keep the service reliable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and identity provider account secure. If you believe your account or a hosted link has been misused, contact us promptly.
Your choices
Logged-in users can manage or delete files from the dashboard. Anonymous users may have limited controls tied to the browser session that created the upload.
You may request help with privacy, abuse, or removal issues by contacting [email protected]. We may need information such as the relevant URL, account email, or other details to locate and review a request.
Children and changes to this policy
Any2URL is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date or last-updated date.
