Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Any2URL, including uploading files, creating public links, managing account files, and using related features.
Last updated: May 23, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing Any2URL or uploading content, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced from the service. If you do not agree, do not use Any2URL.
Any2URL may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for all content and files you upload, share, replace, or otherwise make available through Any2URL. You represent that you own the content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to upload and share it.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Any2URL a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize, optimize, display, transmit, cache, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service, provide public links, generate previews or variants, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If you delete content or it expires, Any2URL will stop intentionally serving it from active public links, subject to technical limitations such as caches, backups, logs, and copies previously accessed or saved by others.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload, link to, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, violent, deceptive, malware-related, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful to people, systems, or the service.
You may not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or organization. If you are not sure whether you have permission to upload a file, do not upload it.
You may not use Any2URL for spam, phishing, credential theft, malware delivery, evading platform enforcement, automated abuse, excessive scraping, denial-of-service activity, or other behavior that interferes with the service or other users.
Public links and third-party use
Files uploaded to Any2URL are intended to be accessible through generated public URLs. Anyone with a direct link or share page may be able to view, download, embed, copy, or further distribute the linked content.
You are responsible for where and how you share Any2URL links. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or private content unless you are comfortable making it available through a public link.
When embedding hosted content on third-party websites, you are responsible for complying with the rules, laws, and policies that apply to those websites and audiences.
Accounts, temporary uploads, and limits
Some features may be available without signing in. Anonymous or temporary uploads may expire automatically, may be subject to IP-based or session-based limits, and may not be recoverable if you lose the browser session used to create them.
If you sign in and claim a temporary upload, the file becomes associated with your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your identity provider account secure.
Any2URL may apply file size, storage, bandwidth, upload frequency, optimization, or other operational limits. We may change these limits, introduce paid plans, or adjust supported file types as the service evolves.
Removal, reports, and enforcement
Any2URL may review reports of illegal content, abuse, copyright infringement, privacy violations, security threats, or other policy violations. Reports may be sent to [email protected] or through reporting tools provided on the site.
We may remove content, disable links, restrict accounts or IP addresses, preserve relevant operational records, cooperate with lawful requests, or take other action when we believe it is necessary to protect users, rights holders, the public, infrastructure, or Any2URL.
Any2URL is not obligated to monitor all content, and the presence of content on the service does not mean Any2URL endorses, verifies, or accepts responsibility for that content.
Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content hosted through Any2URL infringes your rights, please send a notice identifying the work, the URL or other information needed to locate the content, your contact information, and a statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
You should only submit copyright or rights complaints that are accurate and made in good faith. Misrepresentations may create legal liability.
Service availability and disclaimers
Any2URL is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free delivery, specific performance, or continued availability of any file or link.
You should keep your own copies of important files. Any2URL is a link generation and hosting utility, not a backup, archival, or disaster recovery service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Any2URL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of content, data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
Indemnity and termination
You agree to indemnify and hold Any2URL harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service or others.
